She Learns December-January Update

A Special Update From Founder Fred Sebaggala:

She Learns exists to empower and impact the lives of girls, She Learns strives for a better and equal opportunity for all.

During the end of the year in 2018 She Learns leaders went to a village called Sagala in the Mityana district. We delivered 33 girls much needed sanitary pads, a loaf of bread, and sugar. We often see village girls using banana fibers and rags to maintain their everyday life during their menstrual cycle. Our gift of sanitary pads allows them to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable time during their cycle so they may life an empowered life.

There is more that is needed to bring hope to many village girls in need but together we can empower and transform many more girls and families.

In January we spoke to the youths in at Vision Church. Many were in attendance hearing the good news and how to live a purpose driven life, to value, and remain focused in their lives.

At the end of January we received three invitations to speak on national Ugandan televisions shows including: Delta TV and Kingdom TV. She Learns representatives were given the opportunity to be known by more people and to spread the word that we stand for empowering the girl child.

At She Learns we believe a woman with a voice is a strong woman. Together we can speak out and reach out to her! When She Learns…… She WINS!
